The last day for Early Voting was last Friday.

"But because there's not enough equipment for each party to cover the whole county with the same number of locations they had last November, which voters are used to in the general elections, then there will be less locations for each party".

The three incumbent Republicans on the Texas Supreme Court, Justices Debra Lehrman, Eva Guzman and Paul Green, all won their races.

Fourteen at-large delegates, which include three Republican National Committee members, will be allocated according to the statewide primary votes.

Pierce County Auditor Julie Anderson says close to five percent of voters are choosing not to affiliate with either party on their ballot.

The local race will be the first runoff in Ector County since 2012 and since 2008 and both candidates, in a previous interview with the Odessa American, said they felt low voter turnout would be seen in the race.

The polling place serves many Republicans in GOP-heavy Cobb County.

At a polling place in Atlanta's Buckhead neighborhood, a woman reported being yelled at for bringing in materials with candidates' names so she would remember who she wished to vote for. He said that if needed, officers will open a formal State Election Board investigation.

"A lot of voters go to the poll and order the independent ballot, and there is no such thing", Bridges said.

And seven Republican candidates in west Georgia are running to succeed retiring U.S. Rep. Lynn Westmoreland. The final GOP nominee will face one of two Democratic primary hopefuls in November.

Many state legislative primaries also are on Tuesday's ballot.

ELECTION NIGHT: Ballots must be postmarked by Tuesday or dropped in an elections drop box by 8 p.m. Tuesday. The other two candidates, Troy Walker and Dale Wayne "Hoss" Dugger, received 772 votes and 529 votes, respectively.

Almost three months after Georgia held presidential primaries, voters returned to the polls Tuesday to determine whether the state's senior USA senator gets a shot at keeping his job another six years.
